Your Hosting Control Panel
cPanel is the web-based control panel included with every Sakurahost shared and VPS hosting account. Access it at yourdomain.co.tz/cpanel or through your billing portal.
File Manager
Upload, edit, delete, and organise website files in the browser. Your website files go in public_html. Enable hidden files (like .htaccess) via Settings.
Email Accounts
- cPanel → Email Accounts → Create
- Set username (e.g. info), domain, password
- Webmail at
mail.yourdomain.co.tz - Phone/Outlook config: IMAP port 993 (SSL), SMTP port 587 (STARTTLS)
MySQL Databases
- cPanel → MySQL Databases → Create Database
- Create a Database User with a strong password
- Add user to database (grant All Privileges)
One-Click WordPress (Softaculous)
- cPanel → Softaculous Apps Installer → WordPress → Install Now
- Choose domain, set admin credentials, click Install
- WordPress live in under a minute
Free SSL Certificate
Every domain gets free Let's Encrypt SSL, auto-renewed every 90 days. If expired or missing: cPanel → SSL/TLS Status → Run AutoSSL.
